Q: How does our solar street lamp work? (Working principle/working mode/control mode/intelligent control mode/specific method of intelligent control)

1. Principle: The solar panel absorbs solar energy to charge the battery, and the battery supplies power to the LED light source.

2. Full-automatic intelligent work, commonly known as automatic charging in the daytime (or in the relevant analog environment), and lighting at night (or in the relevant analog environment).

3. From the perspective of internal technical procedure control: when the sun shines on the photovoltaic panel (or other time environment) in the morning, making the voltage of the panel reach a certain threshold (now our company sets 5V), the photovoltaic panel will charge the battery. When the sun slowly weakens in the afternoon (or other time environment), when the voltage of the panel is lower than a certain threshold (now our company sets 5V), the battery will start to discharge and the street lamp will start to light up.

4. Take M series as an example, the mechanical switch determines whether the lamp can start charging and discharging.

The light control determines the time when the discharge starts (the lamp lights up), and the light control and time control determine the time when the discharge ends (the lamp automatically goes out) -- the principle of first come, first served.

The brightness of the whole lamp during the lighting period is determined by the sensor and the relevant timing light mode.

Q: What is the timing control lighting mode?

For example, the time control is set to turn on the light for 12 hours, with full power for the first 6 hours, 40% power for the middle 3 hours, and 30% power for the last 3 hours.

Q: Each street light is set to be on for 12 hours, right?

Yes, 12 hours/night as standard.

Can be customized according to your demands.

Q: What is the FX series housing material? What are the advantages?

The aluminum alloy is used and the surface is anodized.

Advantages: oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, good gloss and beautiful appearance. The aluminum alloy we use is thicker and more windproof.

Q: Is our all-in-one solar lamp intelligent?

The China all in one solar street light is intelligent. It automatically controls the switch, brightness, charging and discharging, including light control, time control, infrared induction control, etc.

Q: What are the minimum and maximum values of color temperature? What are the advantages of high color temperature?

Our company can supply 2800-7500k color temperature, generally 3000k warm color, 6000k normal white color and 7000k cold white color.

High color temperature makes people feel brighter.

Q: Advantages of integrated solar street lamp

1. Convenient installation; 2. Saving electricity; 3. Environmental protection.

Q: Which model with reinforced rivet at the connection between aluminum alloy and column?

PAD-80W, 100W and 120W have rivets.

Q: What's the advantages of our solar panels?

1. The material uses Class A high-efficiency imported monocrystalline silicon.

2. Photoelectric conversion efficiency 21%.

3. Service life: 25 years.

Q: How does solar street light work?

The solar panel charge is stored in the battery pack through the controller. The battery pack passes through the controller and outputs light through the LED (solar panel -- controller -- battery pack -- controller -- LED).

Q: What kind of battery do we use for FX series solar lamp?

1. The FX series solar lamp uses the brand new lithium iron phosphate battery of A type. The battery has stable performance, built-in protection plate, over-charge and over-discharge protection, high temperature resistance, - 25 ℃ - 65 ℃, up to 2000 deep cycles, and the battery loss is only 20% after reaching 2000 deep cycles.

2. Fourfold protection of battery: controller plus temperature control probe; Battery pack plus temperature control probe; A layer of thermal insulation cotton is placed between the battery pack and the solar panel; Explosion-proof valve is placed in each electric cell.

3. The protective plate of the battery must be greater than the actual working current to play a protective role. For example, if the solar street lamp power is 80W, the working voltage is 12.8V, and the working current is 6.25A, the protective plate of the battery should be greater than 6.25A.

Q: What are the advantages of MPPT compared with PWM?

PWM and MPPT controllers have their own unique advantages and disadvantages. The choice of the scheme depends on the design characteristics, cost and external environment of the solar photovoltaic array. When we choose, we should focus on the following factors:

1) MPPT controller is more expensive than PWM controller, however, MPPT controller has higher charging efficiency, especially in cold weather conditions. MPPT controller also supports more photovoltaic (PV) panels wired in series (high voltage differential), which is also its major advantage. In this case, the cross-sectional area of the connecting cable can be greatly reduced, thus reducing the overall cost of the system.

2) Compared with MPPT controller, the biggest disadvantage of PWM controller is efficiency. PWM charging controller can not charge the maximum power generated by photovoltaic (PV) array. Its overall efficiency is usually between 65-85%. On the other hand, MPPT controller can ensure that the solar array is always in the best operating state. In some cases, such as cold weather, the charging efficiency provided by MPPT mode is 30% higher than that of PWM mode (high charging efficiency).

3) PWM mode has mature technology, simple and reliable circuit and low price, but the utilization rate of components is low. It is suitable for small systems. The temperature range of solar charging unit is 45-75 ℃. MPPT controller is a better choice for large systems, and its higher efficiency means good economic benefits. In addition, the MPPT controller supports users to obtain the maximum power from the photovoltaic (PV) array. When there is additional power demand and the space is limited, the size of the PV array cannot be expanded, the MPPT controller has obvious advantages in this case.

Q: What is the FX light mode? And what's the smart power function?

FX series has four lighting modes: L, T, M, U

L: 12 hours full power on.

T: 4 hours full power+8 hours 25% brightness.

M: 12 hours of motion sensor control (full power when people and cars pass by, switching to 25% after 30 seconds).

U: 4-hour full power+8-hour motion sensor control.

1. Intelligent regulation power description:

The smart power will be started when the power in the battery is less than 40%. The smart power is set in 10 stages to save energy. The first stage is that the power will be reduced to 90% when the power is between 40% and 37%, and the second stage is that the power will be reduced to 80% when the power is between 37% and 34%, The third stage is that the power will drop to 70% when the power is between 34% and 31%, and the fourth stage is that the power will drop to 60% when the power is between 31% and 28%, The fifth stage is that the power will be reduced to 50% when the power is between 28% and 25%.

The sixth stage is that the power will drop to 40% when the power is between 25% and 22%.

The seventh stage is that the power will be reduced to 30% when the power is 22% - 19%.

The eighth stage is that the power will drop to 20% when the power is between 19% and 16%.

The ninth stage is that when the power is between 16% and 13%, the power will drop to 10% of the previous one.

The tenth stage is that the power will be reduced to 5% when the power is between 13% and 10%.

2. There are three factors that determine the brightness of solar street lamps:

① Wattage of LED (power size)

② Remote control

③ What is the remaining capacity of the battery

The important factor is the first and second point.
